Refunds and returns:
All product descriptions and prices are made in good faith and shall be accurate to the best of our ability. Any errors in description or pricing will be rectified by us when brought to our attention. If a purchase is made based on a description that is inaccurate the customer will be entitled to a refund.
Items with a manufacturers warranty. Karlann Pty Ltd will up hold manufacturers warranties according to each warranty item.
The customer will be liable for the cost of return of the product. Karlann Pty Ltd may refund this cost at our discretion after asessing the returned product.
Products can not be returned due to:
- Damage caused by misuse or negilgence.
- A change of mind by the customer.
